Flash Player Plug In Safari

Flash

2020 update: Since Flash Player is no longer supported by Adobe, it is recommended to not enable Flash Player in any web browser. When you open a web page on your Mac which uses Flash player to control a video or some other Flash-based interaction and the Flash object does not display on your computer, then the Flash player plug-in might need. Tap on the “Go” button to open the website. The Flash site will now open, with all its components. You can tap on the Flash player part and then select “Fullscreen” to open the game or the player in the fullscreen view. In Safari, choose Window Downloads. If you are using Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), click the Downloads icon displayed on the browser. In Mozilla, choose Tools Downloads. To open the uninstaller, double-click it in the Downloads window. Note: If the Flash Player installer window does not. Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14, due to Flash Player's upcoming end-of-life at the end of the year.

Uncovered another nasty gremlin using Intel MacBookPro machine - installing the Macromedia Flash Player Plugin for Safari was impossible. Each time I ran the installer, it appeared to install plugins into the correct places.. indeed, Flock and Firefox could access the plugins ok, but Safari repeatedly failed to acknowledge they were present. See Macromedia's test page.
